The Donald 3.0 is our upgraded, premium Duck & Hoisin recipe with extra duck, a richer hoisin and our premium creamy Fior Di Latte mozzarella. Rich, sweet and crispy!

Calzone Dough (Flour (Wheat), Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Yeast), Mozzarella Fior Di Latte Taglio Napoli (pasteurized Cow's MILK, Salt, Microbial Rennet, Lactic Cultures.) (Milk), Peking Duck Meat (Duck (97%), Salt, Brown Sugar, White Pepper, Star Anise, Fennel, Cinnamon, Black Peppercorn, Clove, Hoisin Sauce (Water, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, SOYA Paste (10%) (water, SOYABEAN, Rice, Salt), Light SOY Sauce (10%) (water, Salt, SOYABEAN, WHEAT, Sugar), Concentrated Tomato Puree (4%), Modified Starch, Spirit Vinegar, Ginger Puree (2.5%), Garlic Puree (2.5%), Onion Powder, Rapeseed Oil, Chinese Five Spice (1%), Colour (plain Caramel)) (Gluten, Wheat, Soya), Spring Onion, Demerara Sugar.
